Cortijo Romero is a well established retreat centre in the beautiful "Duende" country in Southern Spain, a region famous for passion, creativity, energy, good food, good wine, song, dance and healing. The food is beautiful, the accommodation unique and there are wonderful places to visit during  your afternoons or there is the Wednesday trip into the mountains for shopping and wine tasting. Mornings can begin with yoga on the roof opposite the mountains. Evenings are gorgeous with supper under the sunset and the stars, a late night dip in the swimming pool and great company with guests on the parallel course (often a surprise). You have the opportunity of a workshop experience with the other course leader as well as dance and massage sessions should you wish. There is also time to simply rest, relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery! It's the perfect place to unwind but also discover aspects of yourself you may not know you have.
